Configfree dr keeps telling me to turn on the switch for wireless connection. The switch is on but no lights. It also does not show I have bluetooth on this computer and I do. It also states I need to turn it on.
Any suggestions?

Identify moel # to better assist. for Toshiba, i own one , the config utility is only needed to search for a wireless first, then it will reset. sounds like you have too many wireless setup installed, go into the internet connection section and see waht wireless setups there are and delete same. you will want a new install.
\MAKE sure if you are using a wired connection hat same is turned OFF when trying to do a wireless.

Wireless networks not found

Sometimes Satellites get a little flaky when on battery power. If you haven't already, plug in the power cord with the notebook cold - meaning off for about a minute. Boot the notebook and try to do the setup with the power connected. If that solves it, it should work fine when you switch to battery power. If it doesn't, repost with your results.

Wireless problem

Perhaps you have not installed ALL the drivers for your system.Sometimes a missing driver for other hardware causes a problem. After installing all the drivers for your system and if it still doesnt work , try using the connection manager built into windows (instead of configfree).
