First you might try this link Delta 40 560 Type II Instruction Manual for a free download. I think there may be others.
Though not an instruction manual, this website Delta 40 560 Type 2 16 34 Scroll Saw Parts gives exploded diagrams of the saw.
Finally have a look at the Delta website http://www.deltamachinery.com/ and see if you can find a download there or ask for one.

I'm not familiar with the saw. I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of the saw. They can help you with that.

I wish I could help. Tried looking online but didn't find anything.Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

I can't find any good supplier. I checked on the site ( bandsawparts.com) where I lastly purchased guides but they don't have parts for Rexon band saw . Try calling Rexon 01709 876611 . Hope that helps!

Update on me trying to find a manual for the REXON TMS-10A saw:
I found a helpline sticker on the underside, a spares company based in south Yorkshire , UK, with a telephone number.which I called. They fixed me up with an emailed manual within seconds. Brilliant!
