The clip LED normally means you are overworking the channel and it is going into protection mode. Make sure and the cables and connectors as clean and have no stray wires from grounding.

The M6 has balanced XLR outputs on the back, which can be connected directly to the XLR inputs on the back of the Phonic Max 2500. You just need two XLR cables.

first is how u want to run everything and a bit more about wat u have to go with the rest of the gear would help us answer u better

If you have fader capabilities...and there is still signal "leaking" through...you may try reducing your input gain on each channel of your mixer...as well as make sure you have a good ground connection between your components.

the problem of shuting down of amp. is some of output driver are shorted or open check the output driver and predriver

you have real problem in safety contol circuit which shut down the unit to protect the amplifier from damage
