Analog hands not moving but digital part works fine.

I have a Benrus Advance. I replaced the batteries and the digital portion is working but the analog hands don't move.

I do have a PRG-60 and I have the same problem. After a battery change along with painting the hands with luminous paint the hands no longer move reliably. Sometimes they're fine, but sometimes they can lose an hour or more overnight if I'm not wearing it. It seems to be temperature dependent, and the colder it is the less likely the hands will move properly.

A Benrus advance is not a Casio PRG-60T Tough Solar Protrek watch. You posted your query in the wrong place.

Do I reuse 2 batteries for my Umbro chrono watch?

Normally the Umbro Chronograph watches having analog and digital clock works on single battery. When u put the battery inside ur digital is working fine but some times for analog hands do not move due to the loose button which is used to move the watch hands. So pull it out again and insert it agin gently till tick sound comes and u r good to go.

Let me know if ur watch is working successfully:)

On my casio edifice 4334 module and the digital works fine but the analog i can see the minutes handle trying to move but not succeeding , seems to me like it is stuck thanks in advance.

Check if the battery is still in good condition. If this doesn't solve the problem, swipe a magnet over the back of the watch in different directions until the minute hand moves. Take care not to scratch the watch with the magnet. It may be necessary to oscillate the magnet several times at the correct position and direction until the minute hand moves freely.

Analog on digital watch not working

when a watch has analog hands and has digital portion, 9 times out of 10 it will have 2 batteries inside. A lithium battery and a normal battery. It is possible one died before the other. Usually the lithium (digital portion) lasts longer. Have the battery changed.

Wrangler Hero Watch analog hands dont work after battery replacement

Remove the PCB and replace the AG4 battery in the analog quartz movement. The stem can be removed by pressing the small lever through the hole visable after the CR2016 battery has been removed. I think it uses a Y121 movement.

Will the analog (hands) stop working on a Wave Ceptor when the battery is low/dead? Digital feature still works fine....watch about 4 years old

Yes, definitely analogue part will stop, because it takes more power to move gears and hands. Replace battery and you'll be OK. Rate me, plz.

Ul 1008 analog portion does not work

Are the hands moving but out of step with the digital display?

If so then try pressing the "mode" button to reach a mode that allows you to set the hands (on my Casio it is "HS"), I would expect something similar on yours.

You can then alter the hands by pressing one of the other buttons. I would expect one button to advance the hands and another to ****** them.

Happy experimenting!

The digital portion of my watch is completely blank.. the analog works fine. Any idea what the problem is

You may have two batteries in your watch - one for analog and another for digital. Check that out and if this is the case - replace the battery for digital part. If there is only one battery - your watch's digital part has electronic failure and you will need professional watchmakers help to fix it.

Rate me, plz.

The hour & minute hands on my pulsar nx14-x001 do not move. the second hand quivers, but also does not move. the digital time and other functions are okay. HELP!

Without knowing the model of the watch i would say you need a new battery. It is typical for this style of watch to have two batteries or one lithium battery. In either case the analog movement will drain faster than the digital portion of the watch and will stop working first.
