Xerox DocuColor 3535 103-208 error I accidentaly remove at the same time the bateries for the ESS PWB and ESS NVM PWB and I can't write the serial number. Please I need HELP!
There isn't much you can do, except perhaps buy at least one new board. But those are expensive
In this case, a better solution is to call Xerox. This correction must be done by an Authorized Xerox technician, with their proprietary laptop called a PWS.
They will run the procedure called GP-10 Replacing Billing PWBs.

I have PWS and I tray to run GP-10 but it did not work because by removig bateries from the 2 PVB's I reset the serial number and bills to 000000000. In the manual says that you canot change 2 PWBs at the same time, only one and syncronize the serial number and biling with the other two.
If this situation happend the manual says to call "the field engineer"
What can I do in this situation because by buing another PWB or all 3 won't change anything because the serial number of the new one won't match the plate.
