You can get a high gain antenna or better yet get a wireless range expander to repeat the signal of your router so it can reach the entire house.
hope that helps.......

This is $100 budget phone for seniors, so I am thinking the quality must be low. However the problem states that poor signal and network strength is the issue. You need to contact your Telco about the reception where you live. Low signal strength can also be caused physically where you live, say if you live in a basement apartment within a family home.
The device does not have removable antennae so it isn't as easy as getting a more powerful antennae and connecting it. You would have to get something called a range extender or signal booster. These can act as an access point/repeater or just a repeater between access points. I would suggest the kind that act as an access point/repeater and configuring them to connect to your wireless. They will provide coverage in the same manner as your router in that a certain distance from the access point will have optimal signal strength.
Probably the Router signal strength is low. You need to open the EWS page ( Router configuration page ) and increase the signal strength to 11 ( it must be Auto or 1,2,3, etc )
EWS Page ( Router page ) can be opened using the Router IP Address which may be 192.168.1.1 or if you know it. Open Internet Explorer and enter the ip address and hit enter ( without www or .com )
Under Wireless configuration or settings you will find the Channel Strength. You need to restart your Laptop to get connected again to the network after saving the settings are you will loose the internet connection.
There are only a few ways to increase signal strength ..move closer to the source (the router) , get a bigger antenna or boost the signal...you can boost the signal with foil in the shape of a parabola around the router antenna or make one out of a vegatable strainer that will plug into the laptop(this one works best )especially for picking up your neighbors WIFI http://www.focus.com/briefs/mobile-wireless/home-made-wifi-antenna/
You cannot do anything for this problem. This problem is because of the structures around your home. The walls around your home is blocking/interfering with the signal coming inside and the mobile is unable to pick up the signal.
Please try this code
*#3370# - Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR) activation. Increase signal strength, better signal reception. It also help if u want to use GPRS and the service is not responding or too slow. But phone battery will drain faster though.
*#3370* - (EFR) deactivation code If it doesnt work then you cannot do anything else.
If you are talking the wireless for the controllers they use bluetooth and the signal strength is dependent on how much interference there is around you. If you are speaking of the wifi capability for the network connection you cannot increase the strength of the signal from the PS3 it needs to be done with the wireless access point.
try this out
*#3370# - Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR) activation. Increase signal strength, better signal reception. It also help if u want to use GPRS and the service is not responding or too slow. Phone battery will drain faster though. *#3370* - (EFR) deactivation. Phone will automatically restart. Increase battery life by 30% because phone receives less signal from network.
Ok there are a few ways to increase ya signal strength...
One can purchase an antenna that has a high "Gain" and connect in place of existing antenna..
One can place the Existing Antenna in "Optimal Positions".. ie: Up High with an Unbroken Line Of Sight between Antennas.
One can sometimes increase the Output from your WiFi adapters.. you must check any documentation to see if this is possible.
One can make a thing called a"Cantenna" here --->
www.turnpoint.net/wireless/cantennahowto.html
There are "Other" Home made antennas that are cheap and easy to make, some simply made from cardboard and tin foil. The most important thing to remember is, Antenna Placement for best signal strength, with least amount of obstacles in between units, & up as high as practicable..
