My Nokia C2 phone indicated software update and I chose install. I later show contact service and I cannot use it again. please help me out. Thank you.

Unlocking a mobile using unlock code is the safest method to unlock. You can unlock your Nokia 5130 also using unlock code. You can get the unlock code for a Nokia 5130 from www.Superunlockcodes.com at very low cost.
In order to block calls from a particular number you need to contact your service provider. You can dial 611 usually. They can put a block on that number for you, just let them know if you are getting harrassing calls, etc.
For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 1234 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos
