1. The best thing to do is to factory reset the camera to be sure everything
is in the default setting. Look in the manual or menu to RESET the camera.
2. If this does not work, you can try is to remove the battery and wait a day,
then put the battery into the camera again and recheck.
3. If that does not help either, your camera might need repair/maintenance.

My nokia e75 fell into a bucket of water, and refused to turn on. What should i do?

Hello,

water has entered into the phone and you need to get the phone fully dried for it to work well again. I mean, there mustn't be any water inside the phone before it will turn on.

Remove the battery and clean it very well. After that, get a phone screw driver, unscrew all the phone screws, remove the phone cover in order to gain access to the phone panel. Gently remove/detach the screen from the phone board.

Get a methylated spirit and a soft tooth brush, dip the tooth brush into the spirit and use the brush to clean the phone board. Wash/brush every part of the board with the spirit.

After that, dry the board under an electric bulb or under sunlight. Allow it to dry very well. Let the board get hot. Then leave the board for 5mins or more to cool.

After that, couple back the phone, fix in the battery and try again. Then phone will definitely power on.

Let me know if it does not power on so that I can direct you on what to do next.

Your sincerely.

Hi, when ever a phone drops inside the water, first remove the battery cause the battery life might be damaged, and also in that process the phone is still working because the battery is still inside the phone.

You will need to service the phone for the phone to be free from water, cause if the water dries inside the phone it will damage an IC or a chip inside the phone and it might cause more damage to the phone.

After, disassembling the phone is the next step.
Get a phone screw and unscrew the phone from the back by removing the battery and you will see some screws, unscrew possible screws and open the phone.

Get a methylated spirit and a small brush, remove the board of the phone and deep the brush inside the methylated spirit, brush gently on the board of the phone. After brushing, get a dryer to dry up the board of the phone and live it for a while to dry.

After some minutes, assemble the phone back and fix in the battery. Make sure during the process you are charging the battery of the phone.

I guess that's all you need.

Note: if the battery has stayed too too long on the phone and am sorry after the water splash, it might not come on after this all process, that means you will have to flash the phone because the battery might have damaged the memory of the board of the phone and will not power up the phone because the phone is too weak to power.

Flashing of the phone will restore back the phone memory.

For your phone screen not displaying, Water is still inside the screen, might have affected the screen display. You might need to replace the screen....

Hello, There is still water inside the phone that's why some part are still working and some not working yet.

What to do is this,

Unscrew the phone,
Get a Methylated spirit and a brush,
Bring out the board of the phone and use the methylated spirit to brush off remaining water on phone.
Keep under heat to dry off,
After board is dried, fix it back and screw back phone.

Am sure after doing this phone will work well.
But if phone still doesn't work ,that means water has damage some component inside the phone.
You will need to consult a phone technician for assistance.
Take care.

My 5130 was contacted with virus, later it switch off & now it was on,i cant charge & it was getting hot? how can u help to get the phone back to normal?

Hello,

loose the phone, and wash the phone panel with menthylated spirit and soft tooth brush. Dry phone panel with a bulb and don't wash the screen. You have to detach the screen before you wash the phone panel.

Likewise the the charging port and the battery terminal. Check if ite bridging in any way.

Allow it to dry, couple the phone back and try again.

Maybe you should test the phone with another battery.

Take care.
