I have a skagen watch and I need a new battery for it. I am having trouble locating the info for the battery. I have removed the battery a few years ago and dont have the old one in it to refer to. I have a number on the back of the watch 643LSWL1

send your watch into skagen since you have a lifetime warranty you do not want to breech that. plus they reseal your watch and other watch repair places cant.

If you take the watch to any jeweller they will be able to identify the battery type required - also they should be able to replace the seals, which are always worth replacing when a battery goes. I have had to replace more glasses in this watch than any other brand over the last two years - It is most definitely a design flaw. The truth is though that you will not need a genuine skagen part. Your local watch repair shop will be able to use a standard 1mm thick domed Mineral Glass manufactured by Sternkreuz for example. It should be fitted by a qualified watch repairer, but you should not need to send it to Skagen. Good luck
