The top temperature is actually 475 (which is 550 in a regular oven). That's with the dial turned as far as it goes to the left. Don't know how you'll figure out the settings for the temperatures above 350, unless you measure the intervals below 350 and mark them off on the other side some way.

I have this oven and I'm very much afraid the fan motor is getting ready to go out on me (I've used this oven almost 30 years). If it does go out, I'll be willing to sell the two racks and the drip pan -- if you're still looking for them then.

I have this manual. I have been using this oven for almost 30 years. (I love it!) However, I'm having trouble with internet connections at the moment. As soon as I can get a good connection again, I will scan the manual and upload it here for those of you who need it.

The only thing you have to know is that pork and chicken cook at 325. Any baked goods with leavening in it cooks at 75 degrees less than what the recipes calls for but no lower than 275.

I have 2 shelves and a chrome drip pan from a Farberware T4850. They are used but in good condition. As far as I know, all the shelves for the Farberware T series convection ovens are the same. My T4850 just stopped working a few days ago, and I am looking to replace it. I would be willing to give you the 2 shelves & chrome drip pan (which you may be missing and are unaware of it).
