That is mini desktop, PC and as such can have vast numbers of
option cards fitted inside for VGA/DVI or HDMI.

what case matters if you put in a new video card here for HDMI
we have no clue as to what 755 PC you own.

Your power supply is probably bad. Try plugging in directly to the wall and try it. If you have a meter, you can open it up and turn it on. Check the voltage on one of the unused plugs coming out of the power supply, the box in the back with the a/c receptacle on it. Find a plug with a yellow, 2 black and a red wire. Yellow/Black should be 12v, Red/Black should be 5v. Normally people lose the 12v (get only 8v) so the motherboard comes on but not the HDD.
If your prw supply tests OK remove any cards you have and try turing it on with no cards. If it powers on, add the cards back one at a time until it won't power on and that card is bad. Normally this would be a modem card that connects to a phone line.
If the pwr supply test bad, take some pictures of the inside with your phone and remove the power supply (4 screws on the back) and disconnect all the cables that go to it. Check the label for watt ratings and a part number or take the whole P/S to a computer store where they will be $45. Make sure the one you buy has the same type connectors, same or more watts and screw holes in the same place (ask for help). Or you maybe able to order online using the HP part number ($80) or from eBay. Replace the power supply, plug everything back in and turn on. Really pretty easy.

Yes, it will fit, it's a standard microATX board. Just make sure the new case has the necessary studs, some high end ones don't.

yes you can get them replaced but really there so cheep and interchangable id buy a good one used or new from ebay

That could be the video chip if have on board video. I don't know if you have an AGP or PCI slot to add a new video card. The Agp is brown color and always is just one. The PCI are white, and you can have 2, 3 or 4. You can buy some cheap video cards on ebay.

you need the DW5530, it will work with the sim card slot you have. I beleave it goes inside the pc into a mini-card slot ( mini pci express not into a usb port )

look around ebay, maybe theres a even cheaper one being sold.

headphone jack is perfect. Buy ( radio shack, ebay,home depot,best buy ) the mini plug to rca breakout cable and once you plug it in it should mute speakers. Otherwise go into menu, audio, and usually there is a selection to cut off speakers
