My washer is making a clicking sound when it is about to begin the high spin cycle to spin the water out of the clothes and is unable to begin the spin cycle on it's own. I have to manually move the knob to spin for it to start. Once it is complete the clothes are still soaking wet. It doesn't seem to be spinning fast enough.

Mine did the same thing. Solution. I took it back to the store where I got it. Fortunate for me they gave me my money back. Now I am looking for another one. What a nightmare. There is nothing that has a consistently good recommendation except Miele. Where I live they are not available. Well!! We could always go back to the scrub board. je

Looks like chat support session must have timed out. The answer to your last question was, yes, pres. analog switch with a red, a white, and a blue wire to it.

The heavy jacket prevented the washer from spinning at a rapid pace, so I added a heavy bathrobe to absorb some of the water and to balance the load. The washer then spun very quickly and drained out all the water.
