I have the 2010 Samsung Washer/Dryer 10kg and it is stuck on child lock. I can not get it off. Help?

The child lock is sometimes called the control panel lock. This keeps the washer from starting a program while cleaning the washer or when a child presses the buttons.

To toggle the child lock on and off, you need to press and hold two buttons simultaneously for three seconds. These buttons will be indicated by a line between the two buttons either Child Lock or a smiley face in a padlock symbol in the middle of the line. The symbol or the words will be in a very small font.

I can't find anything online about error code CL9. Even the owner's manual does not list that error code.

seems as if the washer is in child lock mode pressing and holding a key related to the child lock for four seconds will unlock the washer and allow you to use the washer again

Samsung machines error codes are numbers and letters, then I the machine is not in fault mode, but child lock has likely kicked in.

Try the following:

ACTIVATING/DEACTIVATING
If you want to activate/deactivate the Child Lock function, press the Soil Level and Signal
buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
How It Works:
1. "Child Lock" can be activated while your Washer is running.
2. Once you activate "Child Lock", all controls (except for the Power button) will be locked
until you deactivate "Child Lock".
3. The Child Lock button will be lit while it is in effect.

Child Lock can be used to prevent your children from undesirable use on control panel while the dryer is running. When Child Lock is enabled, all the button will be locked and Child Lock glows. To lock Child Lock, Press and hold Rack Dry for 3 seconds, A single beep tone is heard and CL is displayed on the status window. To unlock Child Lock, press and hold Rack Dry for 3 seconds again.

The child lock on my Bosch Logixx8 washer has come on and i need to disable it

Press and hold the child lock button for at least 3 seconds.
This should reset the washer to normal use.
