Loose door handle

I just FINALLY fixed mine...  Popped little cover pieces off top and bottom of handle with a plastic bread bag tag slid along space created by loose handle (did not scratch finish on door).  That exposed the screws which could be tightened with a phillips screw driver; the cover pieces then snap back on the ends of the handle.

Door handle is loose on model#gsh22jftacc. how do you tighten?

If it's the same as the one we have (which is similar to the pic posted on yours) there's a plastic piece on the top and bottom of the handle that you have to pry up (gently) to get to them.
It looks like a line that runs horizontal across the handle, but it should come up with a little force (meaning it shouldn't require tools). You have to pry it from the side, not the top or bottom.

If a tight place is worn out, then try warmer temperature and go to the tools store to place the door with your new tools.

Loose handles - GE monogram model # ZFSB25DMD SS

try removing the handle, that will expose the mounts for the handle. You should be able to tighten them after removing the handle.

GE Refrigerator side by side loose door handles

I was actually trying to find a solution to this problem myself though I'm pretty sure I already know the solution. Try this: grip the handle that's loose firmly and jerk it up. The handle should come up and the straight out to reveal the spring clip mechanism holding the handle on. Tighten the screws on this and then put the handle back on by pushing it towards the fridge and jerking it down. You make want to protect the fridge above and below were the handle attaches so you don't scratch the fridge door when pulling the handle on or off.
