As a test, switch the right and left RCA cables from the turntable to the amp. If the problem reverses, the issue is in the turntable or with the cables. If it stays the same, its a problem with the amp.

I have two 1210s, a mk 2 and a mk 5. When I let go of a record on my mk 2 it seems to take longer to catch speed compared to my mk 5, and feels 'slack'. Any ideas what this is?

Being the older model, the chances are that the drive belt on the Mk2 turntable has got worn and shiny with use. It may also have stretched a bit. If you are using the tables for 'scratching', the fact that you are holding onto the turntable when the motor is running is placing a strain on the belt that it is not really designed for. I would recommend changing the belt - you can easily find spare belts for sale on the internet

My cb cobra 29 ltd problem is channel 1 is ok but channel 2 not receive

Did you have someone get on channel 2 to see??? Maybe channel 2 was quiet and channel one had better receive or noise.. You never know until you check it with another radio. That is NOT a common issue at all on those radios. Better off doing that test.

Nad C320 right channel stops working then comes back again

This sounds like the "pre-amp" section is cutting out or there is some interruption in the signal path. A few things to try:

1) With the unit off, try "working" the volume, balance and tone controls. This means, turn them up and down a number of times to clear any debris that may be in the controls themselves.

2) Work the input selector switch the same way if it is a rotary switch.

3) Try turning on/off the tape monitor switch a few times.

4) Keep track of whether this problem is sensitive to heat. Does teh channel shut down more quickly once the unit has been on for a while?

Lastly, if you can solder, look for any solder joint that appears grainy or has rings and resolder it.

Update this with your results and we'll continue on...

Thanks,
Dan

Harmon Kardon and Infinity Modulus

I got the answer for No-1.
The balance was turned on the Right Channel. That is why Left Channel was not working during the Channel test.
For Channel test the Balance should be in the middle so that both Right and Left Would be heard.

I am working on my Subwoofer Isuue.

I opened the Back Panel and Yet I could ot figure out any issues.

I will open the front panel and see if any connection is loose.

Improper function

try hooking up your subwoofers in series. then connecting them bridged to the amplifier. as follows: positive from sub#1 into positive of amplifier left channel.. negative sub#1 into positive sub#2. negative sub#2 into negative amplifier right channel. turn the gain down as this will sound pretty loud.
