I have a Flip Video recorder. My movies are currently saved on YouTube . . . I would like to create a project using the videos saved on YouTube but cannot figure out how to "drag" or import them onto my Windows Movie Maker Storyboard . . .

I had the same issue with my new ultra hd and my 2008 imac. Basically, I just downloaded flipshare from pure digital's website and all is good. Another problem I have run into is that when I first plug the camera in, it asks if I want to update the cameras software, when I click 'yes', it gives the error, "unable to update camera software."
Last but least, Imovie 08 gives an error when I try to import the movies. No biggie, I just double click on the "dcim" folder in the flip video folder of the camera and I can drag the videos to my desktop, then into Imovie.
So far, not the seamless experience I was expecting, as this unit is supposed to be 100% compatible with mac's.

nevermind downloading anything to convert your videos to facebook.i did it in a matter of seconds......on the flipshare page,click the video u want.at the bottom of the page is a globe icon to publish to web.click that,then click on other websites then next.next page click other websites again,then next.then name folder and click go.this will now save it to your desktop. go to facebook,go to videos and add video.add from desktop,which u will need to open then add.hope this is straight forward enough for any1.if not ill help further,trust me it definately works
