Lost the combo to my sentry 1610 safe, need the company master combo

I would consider drilling out the lock (have locksmith do this)

Side note: In all sentry documentation it clearly states that if you lock your posessions in the safe and lose the key/combination, there is no master key or combo that will open your safe. You could try to write the good people at sentry but I haven't heard a success story from that yet.
My advice would be to befriend a firefighter and somehow convince him to let you borrow the jaws of life. Or get a hold of some explosives.

would you know the factory recovery code for sentry 1610 as
i lost it or it is locked in my safe. My battery has been dead
for some time and I think it lost it's memory.

You need to contact Sentry, they will send you an emergency unlock code.

I have a different model but I had the same problem. Called customer service and they had me push up on the handle and enter the code. That didn't work but then they had me tap the safe with a rubber mallet 5 times above the panel and 5 times to the right of the panel. That worked for me. Hope one of those works.
