it might be possible to empty the ink back out of a cartridge, however, that could vary by make/model, and since you didn't bother to tell anyone which printer you have, not much else can be said.
You may have a defective Epson cartridge
(internal ink level monitoring circuit) - Epson uses a piezo-electric sensor (in all their cartridges) that is subject to this type of failure...the cartridge may need to be replaced.
However, if after replacing the T0753 cartridge with brand new Epson Original ink
cartridge, does NOT correct the problem, then you may have a defective PRINTHEAD in the printer (i.e. permanent electrical sub-assembly which the cartridges plug into).

If ink dried out it's done. Recycle it and get new cartridge. If cartridge is more than 50 dollars don't buy it. Go to Walmart and you can by a brand new cannon printer with ink cartridge for $49.00
The canon pixma mp 210 uses PG-30, CL-31, PG-40, CL-41
It will not recognized the PG-50 & CL- 51
See if you can return it and exchange it for the PG-40 & CL-41.
If not, the only other way is to transfer the ink into the other ink cartridges.
The cartridge cap can be removed by a sharp tap at the back end of the cover.
You can glue back the cover.
If there is an E 1,6 Error code, Ink has run out after you install your ink cartridges
Press and hold the stop/reset button for about 10 seconds to clear the error code.
when you buy cartridges , get the ones marked as xl
That indicates that the have 50% more ink than the standard fill cartridges
for example cartridge 61 is 1/2 full but 61XL is nearly full
Lexmark made that printer for Compaq. The numbers on the cartridges are a Lexmark number, if you go to a store that sells ink cartridges for Lexmark, ask for a number 50 or 60. Or go to google and search for Compaq A1500 ink and you will get lots of choices to buy from, usually with Lexmark model numbers.
