I was just wondering why in the first place is there bad tracks on my sansa. I get this problem everytime a few days later, after I have downloaded new songs from Limewire. I always format my player and have to delete everything and put it all back on. After a while now, it is starting to get really annoying. Is it because of Limewire? or is it because I have to let the music left on my player not playing after being recently downloaded? What's the problem with bad track?
For the bad tracks go Under Settings, look for Mode or USB Mode. Put the unit in MSC (if that's available) or Rhapsody.
Connect it to the computer. See what driveletter it is :F: Sansa E280...G: Sansa E280... whatever it is.
Click Start/Run and type in chkdsk F:/f (or G: or whatever the letter is) . That will check and may fix the bad files.
I hope that helps
