Kenmore Elite Washer Mod 110 27062601 Ser CT 3770465 The load will not stay level. I checked the suspension rods and compared spring strength to a new assembly. They feel the same. The tub is suspended ok but you can swing it back and fourth easily reaching in through the top. The machine can't be more level. What can be the problem?

Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that...
1. They are there and mount is solid.
2. If they are broken in 1/2.
3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken.
4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.

Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.

Replace/repair as necessary.

I have a kenmore elite oasis top loading washer about 3 years old. I took it apart and checked the springs and the rods and the plastic ends that hold the rods in place and all of them look fine. I run an empty load in the washer and it still goes unbalanced on the spin cycle. My water bill has tripled due to the fact that every load takes 3 to 4 washings. I need help please!
