Ok. Take T305 in your hand. Hold the call button until you see purple light steadily lit. Then release the button, but when you see the blue light steadily lit, you're ready! Now try finding the device named: Motorola T305. The password is: 0000. Headset will check the password, pair you,and that's it! Good luck with using!

Hi waddellwilli, According to the Motorola website :- Power on headset by sliding the Call button towards the microphone to initiate easy pairing. After a few moments, the indicator light will be steadily lit in blue to indicate headset is in pairing mode.
