In general, to go to safe mode of your OS you need to keep tapping the function Key (F8) while starting your computer.

If you are referring to safe defaults of your motherboard please refer to the following link to download the manual that has the load safe defaults

Driver for bios

Im not quite sure what you are asking for so....
here is where you can download the various bios for your motherboard http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2729#bios
And here is the place to go for the drivers to get the motherboard operational http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2729#driver
there really isn't a driver for bios. BIOS stands for basic input output system. It acts to quickily identify all the various hooked up components of your computer select the book device and then start the operating system. i hope this helps

You need to reset your computer bios back from its original settings. While turning on your computer keep pressing the del key on your keyboard until you get to the BIOS utility screen. Select the BIOS default option and then save settings and exit.

Well my system temperature is reaching heats of 50oc under load and I believe it is making my computer freeze causing me to restart. I was wondering how exactly this temperature is measured and where...

Many motherboards take two temps. Motherboard temp and CPU temp. CPU temp is the most common problem. Check there first. You might need a faster fan or a larger heat sink. Also make sure the pc isn't enclosed in anything. It needs to have air moving around it on both main sides, the front and back.

System temperature too hot

Its measured in Celsius. Meaning alot higher in Fahrenheit. That would be the Processor.

You are looking for something that will be Square or on a Card that is in the motherboard.
