Setting Time

1 While the clock time is displayed, press and hold

the CLK (clock) button for at least 3 seconds.

The time indication will begin to blink.

2 Press the ZERO button while the time indication

is blinking to set seconds to "0".

3 Press the HOUR button to adjust the hours while

the time indication is blinking.

4 Press the MIN button to adjust the minutes while

the time indication is blinking.

The time indication will stop blinking 5 seconds

after the last adjustment. The time will
automatically be set.

I was trying to hook up a new raido in my 2000 land rover descovery what is it i need?

you'll need a wire harness for your make car.
you'll also need mounting bracket
can get these at any stereo shop
should cost about $20
instructions will explain wire colors in harness package.....

No sound with cd in am / fm raido works fine

Hi and thank you for using fixya:
if your cd player has no audio you need to pull forward your and check the av cable for cd that goes to the speakers.

Alpine raido 2001 lincoln blows fuse soon as you put it in wires look ok. ???

There may be loose connections on wires or bad or loose ground.
As a stereo installer myself, I recommend wiring and installing with fuse out. Wait until everything is done before plugging in fuse!

Clock setting on alpine iva-w200

Setting item: CLOCK ADJUST
Further setting items : HOUR / MINUTE / TIME ADJUST
Setting content: 1-12 / 0-59 / RESET
The clock-adjusting mode is canceled when the power is turned off,
when [RETURN] or [CONTROL] is touched.
Setting item: DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME
Setting content: OFF / ON
Setting the Time
HOUR: Adjust the hour.
MINUTE: Adjust the minute.
RESET: If the clock shows less than 30 minutes past, the
minute will be “: 0”; more than 30, the hour
advances.
Setting Daylight Saving Time
ON: Place the Summer Time mode ON. The time advances by
one hour.
OFF: Return to the ordinary time.

The manual is for several models, the CDM-7833 is one of them.

To set the time;

Press and hold CLK button for 3 seconds

While flashing, use the H and M buttons to adjust the time setting(s).

The time will be saved 5 seconds after a button is pressed.
