I haVE A 4GB TOUCH SCREEN POLAROID MP3 player and im having trouble adding videos the way the instructions say. canu help?

You've got instructions? Lucky you. Videos are the only thing I haven't tried yet (just got it yesterday). Will let you know if I figure it out.

    use pazera video converter. then use flv to avi converter. it only accepts avi formats

-Yes, I have Polaroid 4GB MP3 also. I wrestled w/ getting YouTube videos on it last night and now movies. FINALLY, as always I had to ask my computer genius husband (every family needs one)!
-Movies must be in 'avi' fomat; some simple short video clips from YouTube only require 'flv'
-If you need a converter; WinX Free
-If simple short video clip from YouTube; "FLV" fomat; use KEEPVID.COM; and copy URL from YouTube, paste into Keepvid, click download, and choose one of the FLV formats depending on the resolution you desire. Then simple; no conversion needed. Copy or Drag over to appropriate folder on MP3 Player. "movies, videos, etc."

    i guess this is kind of helpful but, whenever i put youtube videos on my polaroid touch screen, it says error format and it keeps shutting off my polaroid when ever i put youtube videos on there.

I need a driver for a touch screen polaroid 4gb PMP280-4 mp3 player .
you dont need a driver. you got the driver w/installation cd.you need an icon(shortcut) on the desktop so you can find and start the program to convert or encode the vid files to the correct format.btw, on the box of mine it is "pmp280c-4". the problem is that when the setup disk installs the software it DOES NOT put the icon (shortcut) to the software on the desktop like it says it did or will! the software and device are ready but one cant find the program. i have win vista and i found the program with: start button on the taskbar (at the far left), click it and then click "all programs" and then look for "media player utilities 5.20". click that, and then right click "video converter" and then "point" to "send to" and then click "desktop (create shortcut)". this will do what the setup program did not do-it puts the shortcut on the desktop.

The video must be a MPG (MPEG), AIV, WMV, ASF, SVI, MP3, RM (RMVB), MOV or SMF type of video. If it is not, try and find or download a video converter. Also remember on Samsung Media Studio click menu, enviorment settings, general configuration, my PC and make sure that you have checked in all the checkboxes of video file types.

well if u got the touch screen sylvania mp3 player (4gb) it tells u in the instruction manual to turn on the mp3 player go to settings and then system and then go to touch calibration ur suppose to do that thing with the crosses 3 times... like it shows u three arrows that u have to touch with the touch screen pen... your suppose to do that before using the mp3 player at all.... but whut im having troubles with is how to put games on to it......?????.......
