How to set password for my router?

It all depends on what model of router you have and what password you want to set (wireless password or password to log in to the router) but the following link should give you a rough guide on how to set a wireless password (if that's what you want to set) How to Add Password to Your Wireless Internet Connection WiFi

Cant log on to the wireless motorola 192.168.0.1

If you got to the router's interface by typing 192.168.0.1 and it requested the userid and password. If the password you enter did not let you in, then the password is wrong. Maybe someone changed the default userid and password to something else.

You can always press the reset button on the router to set it back to Factory Settings. Then the default userid and password will work, but you will have to set the wireless back up and configure the basic settings (if you have a userid and password that the phone company uses as the network userid and password. This is not your email address userid and password).

I forgot my password

Which password you are looking for?
If you are looking for wireless network password then you will need to access the router setup page and check the wireless settings.
IF you are looking for password to access router settings then default password of Linksys router is admin.

To check the wireless network password see How to find wireless network key WEP WPA

Set a password on my wireless router

browse to 192.168.1.1, default username and password is "admin" for both, or leave the username blank with "admin" for the password, I'm not totally sure.
you should be able to set a wireless password under Wireless-->Wireless Security, I suggest you use WPA instead of WEP as WEP is easily crackable.

good luck,
Majdi

Lost my password

Are you looking for the wireless password or the password of the router?
If you want the password of the router, then try the default password of the router. If the default password doesn't work then you will need to reset the router and reconfigure the router.
If you are looking for the wireless network password, then you will need to open the set up page of the router. Is there any computer connected to the router ? If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router. Or any other computer which is able to go online using the router. Check the IP address on that computer. open the set up page of the router. Set up page of the router is the page where you will find all the settings of the router. under the wireless section you will find the wireless network password.
