SOURCE: Won't turn on.
Press the Power/Menu button during 15 minutes. As you can see, after 10 seconds the whell light will turn off (wait a couple of seconds after that before release the button). This will reset the configuration of the player. Then turn on the player normaly.

I don't know how different the software is in the africa version of the E 250 (i have one in america though) and there is a work-around for older computers (windows XP and lower). Turn on your player, go to settings, and scroll down until you see "USB mode". Try selecting MSC instead of MTP then connect. If that doesn't help, then go to the offical website and download the drivers from them.
