If you have forgot the password, and you have selected it to be "ALWAYS" mode, when you locked the V-Chip option, there is no way to release it, without the company service. If you have selected the option 12Hours, 24 hours or 48 Hours, the set sill the V-Chip will unlock by itself after the predetermined time, and then you can reset with another lock code. Remember whether you have set it to "Always" or not. If it has been set for "Always", you just report it to the company service center. Otherwise wait till the time you have set it for. OK.
