Most likely the control / clock needs replacing

You controller is your likely culprit. There is a relay on it that controls the oven. When it first wouldn't go off, the contacts in the relay stuck together. When you unplugged it you may have had to pull it out from the wall, which may have broke the connection. It works by way of a small electromagnetic coil that brings the contacts in and out. If that coil breaks it will look like it is on, but won't have any power to the oven coils. These controllers are easy to replace, but expensive. $75 to $300 depending on what you need for your unit.

I'm not familiar with this oven, but it ought to have protection against this kind of exciting burn-out.
This could be a fuse: find it and replace it, or it could be a circuit breaker: look for a reset button.
As I said, I don't know this oven; this attempt to help is based on the general idea that it ought to have some built in protection.

you know i am thinking more towards a bad temp probe.

most common issue, and it sounds like what your experiencing here, is a faulty ignitor, replace the bake ignitor ( located under teh oven floor, attached to the burner bar)

Sorry, but this oven will not work without electricity. Looks like stovetop suppers for a few days. Hope this helps!

This may be one of the models that locks out the controls after a power failure. The problem is that the only way to find out how to unlock the panel is in the owners manual on some models and in the tech manual on others. I believe that you have to press "Stop Time" and "Cancel" at the same time for 5 seconds. Good Luck!
