Did you check the switch on the side of the machine(vacation switch) to make sure there is orange/red showing? If it is, please give us a call with the model and code date and we can further assist you. Customer Service # is 800-352-2866.
Mine did the same. Outlet is fine, switches in correct posistions... just quit.
I called the Service Dept. 800-352-2866, Bunn extended the warranty on the BX-B model and they are sending me a NEW coffee maker with a NEW 3 year warranty and all I have to do is pay for the shipping to send the old model back to Bunn.
THAT'S AWESOME!! Mine won't turn in either! It just stopped. We LOVE how quickly it brews, but can not afford a new one right now. We got it as a gift and don't have the reciept. Do you think they will still help?

I have to two Bunn Coffee maker and both of the warmers quit working. Is there a replacement switch or something that I can get for them or do I have to buy a new coffee maker?
