When I turned on my printer today all the lights on the front started flashing and this error message showed: "C4EB8000. Turn power off then on again." I've tried googling it and nothing seems to be helping. Ive taken out the cartridges and put them back in like suggested but the error still shows. Any ideas? Thanks

The Photosmart D7160 does not has "*" and "#" because it is not a fax capable printer.
