Could you please help me? My epson Stylus sx200 no longer prints although all the cartridges are filled. I suspect that I forgot to take off the plastic protection whil exchanging the black ink cartridge a few days ago: how can I make the carrage to stay in a position so that I can check and remove the yellow tape, please? Although, after opening the top cover, you may also check which button moves the head and once found, press the same button untill the head is reachable.

Click start, devices and printers, right click on your printer, click printing preferences, click on the advanced tab, then click on ink cartridge replacement

Hello

Open your printer by pushing up on the printer lid. Locate the printer's ink cartridges, housed in a gray bay in the middle of the printer. Remove the ink cartridges from their bays by pulling up on the black tab that secures them and gently pulling towards you out of the printer. Remove any packaging tape that you find on the contacts of the printer cartridge. If you leave this tape on, it will block the cartridges from making proper contact with the printer. Replace the ink cartridges back inside the printer and reprint your document.
