The motor and fans are a single unit/assembly. Schematics and parts lists are only available to authorized service techs and franchise owners.
The company that made this machine is now Aerus. You can purchase the correct parts through your local Aerus Electrolux dealer. They know the parts to order for this machine and will provide the correct ones.

I don't know what your question is, but replacing a motor for Electrolux, now Aerus, should be done by an authorized Aerus Electrolux service tech. The uprights are especially tricky to take apart and reassemble correctly. The address and phone number of the Aerus store/service center nearest you can be found at the site below.

I'm sorry, but diagrams for these machines are only available to the owners and service techs at Aerus Electrolux stores. No hard copy, and nothing on the net.
I don't recommend doing it yourself anyway, for the following reasons.
1. risk of breaking tabs.
2. unable to reassemble correctly

I strongly recommend taking it to your nearest Aerus Electrolux store.

Schematics and repair manuals are only available to authorized Aerus Electrolux service techs. They no longer print the manuals, instead making them available through software, again only available to the computers at the Aerus stores.
The reason for this is obvious. Making them available to the general public would mean less work for the techs, thus less money for Aerus.

You should be able to order a user's manual through an Aerus Electrolux store ( http://www.aerushome.com/storelocator/ .) They will of course try to sell you a new vacuum. To the best of my knowledge, the U160A was built by Aerus for sale exclusively on QVC. The Aerus/Electrolux stores never sold them and they probably don't like them because of that. They will likely say that they don't "stock" parts for the U160A. That's too bad. It was made by Aerus and tell them you want the manual ordered. I don't know what it will cost.

my electrolux oxygen canister just quit- i think it's the sumo board and the whole fuse problem why does this keep happening over and over (my 4th time w/ this model) and where can I buy a replacement sumo board myself?

The problem is that Electrolux sold a portion of the company to Eureeka, so the Electrolux you are familiar with is under the name Aerus-Electrolux. Aerus vacuums are still produced with the same high quality as always, and still are made in the USA!!!

Call your local Aerus Electrolux office. If there is a problem in the electrical system you should get that checked before you continue with the machine. As for the cord replacement- Any Aerus service dept. can do that for you. I say an Aerus office because should you let a non-Electrolux employee work on it you will void your warranty.
