What are the problem ?? reset the router with a smal pin in the hole on botem or back site and config router again from factory settings also look on the net from suplier

this problum is related with optic zoom lenz assy its not work propally so thats why screen shows access problum pleae go to your nearst sony service centre & fix the problum or repair optic zoom assy
