If the images are on the memory card OK then it's a screen problem Either a connection problem or a broken screen.

not sure what you are saying "cannot take a picture outdoor" - can you take a picture indoor?
if it's just a month old then return for warranty service - do not try anything yourself it may void warranty

Turn on auto focus and when you are taking a shot let Auto-Focus adjust the blurry image in the viewfinder beforeyou take a shot. If you do not know how to do it please let me know and I will give you detailed instructions.

You're camera most probably has a CCD (image sensor) problem. This is a widely spread problem common in digital cameras. The CCD is damaged due to a high temperature and humidity giving your shots with horizontal white thin lines. However this problem does not affect when taking videos on your digital camera. Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
