My son used my computer. Now, when I try to get on Facebook, his Facebook appears. When I try to enter my password, it will not accept it. Says it is the wrong password. I can't get to my Facebook page, except to the wall when I go to search--I can't get any further.

I think you have wrong type password 3 times after that even you enter correct it wont allow you to enter facebook , kindly check your keyboard is functioning properly after that wait for 1 hour and try password again , if you still have a problem try to reset with mail or phone options

Either you made a mistake entering username and password or you have no right to access the computer. Try entering guest and no password.

Let's start from the beginning.

1. Click "Forgot your password?".
On the page that opens, you can choose 3 ways to reset your password. For the purpose of this solution, we are going to use the first method, which is through Email. Enter the email you used to sign up on Facebook. On the next page, click "Reset My Password"

2. Check your email and click the link.
Open your email and read the message with the subject "Facebook Password Reset Confirmation". The message will read something like this:
Hi [yourname],
You recently asked to reset your Facebook password. To complete your request, please follow this link:
[link]
Alternately,... etc...
Click [link]

3. Enter your new password. Enter your new password and you're ready to go.

To access your Facebook account, you will have to logout of your son's account.

To do this, kindly click the "Account" tab at the top-right of your son's Facebook page and select "Logout" from the drop-down menu. (See attached image)

1. First make sure that you Son has forgotten the e-mail for real. Because if he doesn't want you to access he might have changed the password.
2. If you are sure about that, use this link.
3. You have to enter your:

• Current e-mail address
• The old e-mail address which you have forgotten the password
• Fill the form and send it

They will contact you ASAP and you will have to prove (provide witnesses) that you are the owner of the account. Such as your friends list, Privacy settings, Messages received recently etc...

any password made up of five or more( LETTERS ONLY) will be acceptable on facebook,,mine was dave1610 and it worked fine and thats letters and numbers ,,you can not have any of these though /?.>,<\|¬`!"£$%^&*()_+=-..(only letters and numbers)
