Your Toto has the "G-Max" flush valve system. The Korky/Lavelle folks have a carded replacement flapper #2021BP for it. It is red in color and the only generic flapper that will work on your toilet. While it may look the same, do not confuse it with the blue flapper #2022BP. Known as the PowerMax flapper, the blue color is to distinguish between the two and the flappers are totally toilet specific. Let your fingers do the walking and locate a hardware store near you that carries the Korky/Lavelle brand or it can be ordered online from several places using the part number for your search word.
If the fill valve ever stops filling correctly, the Lavelle "Quiet Fill", #528BP, is what Toto uses in most of their toilets.

The water does not shut off when the toilet tank is full. Pulling up on the float does not shut it off

thimoty-

I suspect something is obstructing the rubber flapper valve or the valve itself may be damaged. Shut off the water, remove the chain to the flapper and disconnect the flapper itself. Inspect it for damage and check the valve seat as well. Clean both. If the flapper is damaged, take the flapper to your local hardware store and match it with a replacement.

Hope this helps.

I think our Toto toilet has a G Max valve in it and it doesn't shut off when the tank is full. The flapper seals fine and the water just runs over the overflow tube. Where can I get a diagram of the valve...

If the G-Max valve is not shutting off, just pop a new assembly cap on it.
They are about $2.50 at Lowes.
Even a homeowner can replace the part without tools in less then a minute.

Toilet fills up and water keeps on running (toto 6.0 lpt)

If any toilet runs (continues to fill) when it is not being used, there are basically 3 reasons. the most obvious is that water is leaking out all over the floor so the fill valve thinks the tank has not reached its volume of water. Next, the rubber device that keeps the water in the tank when not being used (most commonly called a flapper) has warped from time or chemicals in the water (NOTE:chlorine eats rubber for breakfast daily), and and allows water to seep past it, which lowers the water level and triggers the fill valve to come back on to top things off.
The third reason is because there is particulat in the fill valve or mineral buildup and internally it doesnt always properly seal so it can run intermittently or all the time.
All the parts on the TOTO ultramax are warranteed for 5 years so keep that in mind if it applies.
Remove the tank lid when you hear the fill vave working and look at the water level. If the water level is below the top of the white plastic tube that the flapper is connected to (often called the overflow tube), then you have a bad flapper. If the water level is going over the top of the tube then you have a defective fill valve.
Out of warranty fill valves can easily be replaced with a Lavelle "Quiet fill" available at most hardware or plumbing stores or online.
This valve is what Toto uses in most of their toilets and it is only the removeable cap that is different (subliminal advertising maybe)

Changed the flapper on my toto toiet and yet still there is a hissing from the fill valve, any suggestions?

changing the flapper will not help the fill valve if it is not shutting off. It is not shutting off all the way once the water fills up, you either need to replace the seal in the fill valve or replace the fill valve. They can get grit in them or get scaled up and they stop working properly.

Fill value won't shut off even though flapper

some of these can be solved simply by adjusting the fill valve, check float as well. If these do not solve your problem then you need a replacement.
