Try to tipe nokia codes for unlocking on google or
www.PhoneUnlocked.info On your sim cards are some codes for unlocking and try them.
If phone is second hand you need to contact the suplier to got the codes.

No one can help you obtain a lock code.. you need to fail entering it multiple times then the phone will ask for a PUK Code which you will need to obtain from your vendor.

You can't have it locked without the IMEI number, but your Network Service Provider can give you a new SIM card and Void the other.
