I love my Cadet toilet. It looks perfect in my bathroom, but the flush isn't as powerful as I thought it would be. Can someone help me?

The flapper is secured with a rubber band. The rubber band must be removed from the flapper for the toilet to function properly. Please check the flush valve prior to installation and if the rubber band is present, simply cut it and remove it.

Where can I get an owners manual for my Drake flushing system

The Toto website has manuals that you can download here: http://www.totousa.com/Professionals/Downloads/OwnersManuals.aspx
You will need the model number to get the exact manual you are looking for but I believe this is the one you are looking for. http://admin.totousa.com/Product%20Downloads/0GU032,%20DUAL%20FLUSH%20TOILET,%20OM,%20V.03.pdf

The toilet fills up high but drains very slowly

sounds like your toilet probably isn't vented properly through the roof or might have too far of a run to where it may connect into your main vent stack

IS THIS AN ADA HEIGHT TOILET?

ANSI 117.1a 2003, which is determined to be "SAFE HARBOR" for accessible design, requires that an accessible toilet be 17" to 19" in height. Most regular toilets are 14" to 16" in height. Therefore, about 2 to 4" is the difference between ADA and regular toilets. I also checked the spec. sheet for this toilet on Eljer website. According to the spec. sheet, this toilet is an ADA toilet.

Toto Drake ADA: Usual rush of water on flushing doesn't happen

Problem solved.  Reason was a totally blocked waste line that resulted in toilet malfunction.  Toilet functions normally now with removal of blockage.
