Pls. Help me guys!!! i think this is the hardest problem. My nokia 5130 Xpress Music keeps on restarting. 1) I remove my microSD and still restarting 2) I remove my microSD and my SIM, and my phone did not restarted and it asked to start the phone without a SIM. So, I press Accept and the phone asked for security code, unfortunately i forgot my security code, I tried different code that I know but the phone said "code error". So, I search my master code using my IMEI, and when I used that code given to me, my phone didn't said "code error" but my phone restart again. So, again, I turned on my phone, accept for phone without SIM, and asking for security code and again type the master code and my phone said "code error". WOW What the F%&K!!! 4)I used USB room cable to connect my phone to access the internal memory of the phone (without microSD). I turned on my phone and I hear a sound on my PC that means the device is detect, after a second i hear another sound that means device is disconnected, and nothing happen... Ahhhhhhhh pls... EXPERT PEOPLE HELP ME!!!

As your nokia c xpress mobile as feeled in water so at that time you should have open the battery,panel of your mobile and then you should have placed your mobile to the sunlight means it would have switch on.So now you need to contact your nearest nokia service center there your mobile will be fixed in few minutes.Thanks for your question happy to help.
You need to change the display. LCDs for nokia 5130 xpress music are relative cheap around 10$-15$ and can be changed easily if you follow guides provided on internet.
I got this problem already TWICE . What happened further is, After sometimes more of such msgs starts to appear, and then suddenly all saved messages will get deleted. Then all the applications (including basic applications like calculator) will get deleted. i gave to nokia service centre. They just said it could be virus so they got my mobile, gave back (installing the software again i guess, I dont think they CLEANED VIRUS as told by them) and told me to use memory card after scanning. I scanned the card with the top antivirus - with up to date virus database. So i am very much sure there is no virus in my MEMORY CARD.
NOW this problem is coming again. I want a PERMANENT SOLUTION for this. No Temporary unprofessional ideas from the nokia care executives. Can anyone (NOkia team please!) suggest what exactly is the problem and what should i do?? I am sick and tired of going to nokia care! I went twice in 2 months.
And one more question i got is, THey say 5130 xpress music is a java based mobile and virus WONT ATTACK IT, then why did the noka care guys told 'it could be virus' and how they managed to REMOVE IT? Its a mystery
