Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.

This means a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the oven temp. sensor itself is bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue test the oven temp. sensor, it should read between 1080-1120 ohms, if the rating is more then that and the door appears to be closing fine then it is the control board that is bad and should be replaced. The same thing happened to me about a week ago. I was preheating our electric oven, heard a very loud bang/pop. Checked and the oven had PF (power failure) I went downstairs and the breaker was tripped. Came back upstairs and to look at stove, the burners are working fine so I continued to preheat oven after a half an hour the oven was only slightly warm. Did you ever find out what was wrong?

Sound like you make have a loose neutral on the cord where it attaches to the range or in the electrical receptacle where it plugs in, you can check the cord by pulling the range out, remove the small access cover to the cord connection area, after you have unplugged it and just tightened all the nuts to all connections on the cord. I advise an electrician to check the receptacle. I hope this has helped you. Have a great new year.

1, check your power, locate your breaker for the range. turn the breaker off and turn it back on.
Your Range it is electronic control on the Oven but not the Stove Top heating elements.
After you reset the breaker and it still not work.
Please let me know more about the unit.
When you purchase.
How/when it happen.
What is the indicator showing.

If the sensor were bad, the unit would throw a fault code. On the back of the range, near the top, there should be a tech sheet for you to use to troubleshoot the range. It sounds like a thermal sensor may have opened up. Consult that tech sheet, it should point you in the right direction.
