You maybe able to use Windows Media Player 10 or 11, if you want to try well connect your mp3 player to the computer now wait a few seconds then go to Windows Media Player ( if your using windows media player 10 i recommend you to update to media player 11 for better results but if not when your on Windows Meda Player look for a link called "Sync" when you've found it click on that.
Now your on "Sync" if should have found your mp3 player now just drag and drop music you wish to have on your mp3 player on the side panel where it's got a little image of an mp3 player.
Once you've added the music, safely remove the mp3 player like you normally would then see if the music has successfully tranfered.
Here is the new Windows Media Player 11 if you haven't got it already.

If you go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SonicStage#Alternatives there are a few unofficial alternatives to using sonicstage. I have yet to try them but will be doing so soon. Sonicstage just seems extremely slow anyways.
