You need to open it up and inspect the PCB for bad solder connection or over heated components. Try checking the settings in properties for this device to make sure they are as you left them. YOu can also uninstall the drivers for the card and reinstall them to see if that takes care of the issue.
There are 4 pieces 2 each around yellow invertor transformers.
Check visually for darkened back of the transistor.For reliable testing you need to desolder and test with an ohmmeter.Also check the FET Fu9024 or D10Pf for similiar problems.

Hi...there,
With AC adapter it's to your left, a rectangle piece. Without, it's under you power supply w/ built-in inverter... the capacitors look like a tiny battery on the side it have voltages size ( example like 1000uf 16v ) Good lucks, have a nice day!
ive solved this by taking out my vga cable and plug in my dvi cable and ive done some settings on my ati control center i have x1300 512 mb all you need is change your settings that this lcd dont support plus this monitor is huge!!!!!!!!! thank you for your support lol
