Our panasonic (model #KX TGA431CB)cordless phones won't hold a charge and they cut in and out when you go to press the buttons to answer a call or place a call???? We have 3 phones and 3 bases , does each phone have to be charged on a specific base or can they be charged on whichever base? Do the batteries need replacing?

We have this phone, and it has been pretty much useless since the day we got it. Always cuts out when you are dialing out, and only works when it wants to (which is usually not when I need it to). I would say it is not the battery, because it happened when it was new. Called the distributor, and was basically told ,"oh well...you're stuck with it now".
