You do not need the disc. Using you browser, login into the router using the default IP 192.168.2.1 unless this has been changed and you should be able to configure your router.

Microsandisk 2gb accidentally reformatted and all the pictures there was deleted. can i still retreive it that were erased?

Maybe, what ever you do dont take any more pictures with that card. Down load and install a program called recuva, http://www.piriform.com/recuva
Put the memory card in a usb card reader, attach that to your computer and run recuva and scan your memory card. You may have to do a deep scan to recover any files off of it.

I dont have the disk and im wondering if i am still able to install/setup dlink wireless router dir-625...and how i would do so if possible?

Yes, it is possible to set up this device without the disk.
You'll need to download the "quick router setup" program from the D-Link web site here:
http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=DIR-625
At that site, click the "Support Resources" tab, then click the "Additional Downloads" link, and finally click on the "Download Now" button next to the "Quick Router Setup" entry.
This will download an executable file to your Windows machine. Be sure to save the file to your desktop, and then double-click the .exe file and follow the directions.

All recorded programs lost

when tech support says they've never heard of a problem like this they are either inexperienced or lying. there was most likely a small power surge that caused it to reset like that. if the problem persists, insist on a replacement reciever and consider getting a computer surge protector with a small battery back-up.
