Hello,

the password can not be broken, but you can perform a hard reset that wipes the device clean including the password. all content is lost.

1. Press and hold the lower left and lower right buttons.

2. Press the Reset button on the bottom of the iPAQ Pocket PC
with the stylus.

3. Hold all buttons until the displayed image begins to fade
(approximately four seconds).

4. Release the program buttons and stylus.

You can verify a full reset by pressing the power button. If the
iPAQ Pocket PC has been fully reset, it will not turn on.

5. Reactivate the battery by doing one of the following:

Connecting the iPAQ Pocket PC to AC power

Pressing the Reset button with the stylus

your memory card is password protected, go put the correct password or if you forget the password then you have to breake them through flash "password remover" (tool) which you can buy or can do from mobile repair shop in a very cheap price (i guess 20-50 Rs).

Admin problem
We can not help you break passwords on computers. This is illegal for us to do in case the machine is stolen. The password prompt you are getting was most likely set by HP and you will have to call them for it.
