Mp3 player tells me to synch even after I have done everything

Synch the Sansa to Rhapsody or whatever music service you got the songs from, instead of through Windows Media Player. As long as your music service subscriptino is still good, you should be fine.

Trying to synch my SanDisk MP3 player to Rhapsody

This player is a little goofy. The normal method to synchronize is through Windows Media Player. But if you go for the Rhapsody subscription, you have to also sync the device through Rhapsody.

E250 mp3

The "please sync" error means you need to connect to Rhapsody and sign-in. It will update your licenses so you can play the music.

If thats not working, your account is expired, or Rhapsody needs to check your account.

Obtaining device certificate

It may be that you have to update your DRM component licenses on your PC. http://home.real.com/product/help/chandler/en/TS_error_Authorize,_License,_DRM_Rights.htm or, your Helix components may be damaged, or corrupt. http://reclisten.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/reclisten.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=6203 If either of those dont work. You should format the player to delete everything and re-transfer them to your device. If that doesnt resolve it, you might have to contact Rhapsody. Doesnt detect in MTP mode

I had this type of problem, excluding Rhapsody, but when the computer was updated, everything fixed. Sorry I couldn't help more. I think we updated Windows Media Player, but I think ours was 10, not 11. Try running auto update.
