This does not necessarily mean the DOOR is locked but that the control panel may be in a "locked" mode. This prevents children from playing with controls. Look closely at the touchpad for one selection that shows a tiny padlock under or on it. When found, push and hold for 5 seconds. You should hear a beep which will confirm the unlocking of the control panel.

After you set it, the display goes back to showing the current temp. Just wait awhile and current temp displayed should change to the temp you set once it has had a chance to adjust. Give it a few hours.

To be sure I would need your model number of your profile. If the electronic it will not be adjustable. Do you know for sure that the water control valve is not leaking? I am going to point you to a site that may help you locate model numbers. GE now makes the bottom freezer profile and I don't want to mix it up by guessing.

Unplug this refrig from the wall, let sit for one hour, then plug back in, if it starts then you may have a start device on compressor that is bad, more than likely it won't, normally the HRS means there is a "main board" problem. Main board is located on rear of refrig.

F0 - F1 - F7 Stuck keypad may mean relay is turned on. Determine if problem is with the Key Panel or Control by:
1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.

Your refrigerator has a control board on the back behind a metal panel. Unplug and look at both sides to see if you see burn marks or loose solder. Go to this site and place model PS123NCRBV into the model search feature.That will take you to 13 similar models. The board on back is my first concern and the control inside will need to be looked at also if you find no problems on the back. there is a board in the back right side behind a panel embedded in the back of the unit just above the back cover. it is a Part # WR55x10552 this is most likely your problem it controls all functions of the unit
