Mine did the same thing and it ended up being an overloaded older breaker in the electric box. It would allow the dryer to work, but the washer was too much for it to operate. Had the breaker replaced with a new one and it works fine. Hope this helps!

My Frigidaire stackable laundry center will not fill with water?

Hi Keith Knapp, I appreciate your inquiry!
I understand that your Frigidaire laundry center is not filling with water. It sounds like you could be having a problem within water valve, control board, or door switch. I would recommend having a technician out to your home to properly diagnose and repair your appliance. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Hi Guys, I have a Whirlpool stackable washer model # LCP-4332-PQ1...I ran it for one load and it was fine...I unloaded it and went to get more laundry for another load...When I left, I left it...

Hi rcdrivertim,

I believe the problem is the Lid Switch. Find it here:
http://www.appliancecarestore.net/whirlpool-amp-kenmore-genuine-washer-lid-switch-.html

If the Lid switch does not work, the machine will not switch over to cycling, thus not work.

You could always test the Lid switch by switching the attached wires to continuity, also known as bridging.

Hope this helps :-)

If this answered solved your problem, please accept it. If it did not, please comment and I will help you further.

I have a GE stackable unit and I recently broke the belt on the washer- I think. Can I fix it? How do I get the unit open? Thank you for any assistance you can give.

Two screws on the very bottom, remove them and take something flat and insert it in the crack where the washer top is and the front panel. The front panel will slide down and out towards you...if no water is in the unit then push the tub back towards the rear and the motor will lift enough to work on it, replace the belt around the main pulley and then push the spring loaded pulley towds the left towards the main pulley and slide the belt onto the motor pulley...

My GE space saver stackable washing machine will

Im haveing the same exact problem on the same exact machine... I have taken all the pannels off, and drained the water. I was wondering if there may be a way that the pump lost it's prime and needs to be re-primed? (wishfull thinking on my part.) There was no indication that the pump burnt out, it just stopped working instantly with no symptoms. The other functions seem to work, it will agitate the laundry, and then will just stop when it comes to the pump cycle. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.
