I don't have many more details. We put in a new cartridge a few weeks ago, but my wife said it was working okay for a couple days, and then after that it began taking an extremely long time to print.

Can you specify how old is the printer?

Not specifically, but it's a few years old, an HP PSC 1410 All in One. Thanks

Uninstall the printer. Goto Control Pannel - Printers and Faxes and delete the printer.
Re-install the printer. This would fix any issues with the drivers and setting.

Hope this helps

Why does our Rise 220 uI keep reading "replace ink cartridge" even though the cartridge is brand new ?

If you have a cleaning cycle you can put this through I would run that a few times. Other option is to manually clean the ink jets and see if that fixes the problem. Somewhere along the line it is not registering that ink is coming out.

I had my Crosman 357 for about 15 years or so. I never used it at all until a couple weeks ago and it worked great for a few days and I liked it so much I bought more "clips", ammo and CO2 for it and then...

Well I recently bought a crosman like a month ago, I worked great, I also use CO2, then i started using it again, and all of a sudden all of the CO2 started seeping out of the barrel and CO2 area, cartridge after cartridge, so i said screw it and took it apart, and found the area that deals with the CO2 and tightened everything up. I couldn't put it back together, so i looked for the schematics and finally got it back together, then i tested it out and it works fine now. Good luck.

2005 equinox, headlights won't turn on, brigts work okay.

I had the same light issue a few weeks ago. There is just a single light bulb with dual filaments for the high and low beams. All you need to do is replace the light bulb. The instructions are in the owners manual.

Black will not print

Hi springfield, From what you describe I don?t think it has anything to do with your printer drivers. I would try the following: -Run a couple of nozzle cleaning jobs. -If no change I would suspect a defective cartridge and would try a brand new HP cartridge. If these don?t work I?ll need some more details such as do you refill cartridges, buy remanufactured cartridges or use new HP. Also is this still under manufacturer?s warranty? I don?t want to suggest anything that would void it. Let us know what happens and please don?t forget to rate the posting.
