I wish I would have read this before ordering a new hard drive,, I guess I will wait until it arrives and see if I'm still experiencing the problem after replacing it. Got the same problem with the 500G HD on our M1530. Since the laptop is still new, (ordered Dec 7, 2008), will they replace the HD only or can complete system be changed? Because aside from the HD, there are about 9-10 dead pixels.
